Baked Potato Soup Mix

Rich, creamy, delicious and ready in 20 minutes! Add just a few ingredients to create home made clam chowder, Sunday Brunch Casserole, or Salmon Bisque.
Use these Fantastic gourmet soup mixes to create a delicious soups for the family in minutes.


Home style Chicken Pot Pie
1 W&W Home style or Baked Potato Soup Mix
16 oz Bag of frozen vegetables
14 oz can of diced potatoes
6 cups water
1 Premade refrigerated pie crust
3 cups Chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces


Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with water; bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
Add potatoes, vegetables, and chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frquently; Pour mixture into a 9×13″ baking dish.
Cover with pie crust and bake approximately 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let rest 10 minutes. Serve!


Options: Use your own fresh veggies instead of frozen. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese just before adding mixture to baking dish.
-Instead of a 9×13″ baking dish, use 6 smaller baking dishes for individual pot pies!


Soupe Lorraine
1 Baked Potato Soup Mix
6 cups water
6-8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
3 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach (you may use frozen spinach)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


In a large saucepan combine water and Baked Potato Soup Mix over medium high heat. Whisk until mix is dissolved. Continue to stir frequently.
Bring to a boil; then reduce heat to simmer.
Add crumbled bacon and spinach. Continue to cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot and garnish each serving with shredded Swiss cheese.


Option: Substitute 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham instead of bacon.
Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.


Salmon Bisque
1 Baked Potato Soup Mix
8 oz. salmon, cooked and flaked
6 Tbsp. sour cream
1 medium tomato (pureed) or 2 Tbs. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. black pepper


Prepare Baked Potato Soup as directed, stirring frequently.
Add salmon, sour cream, tomato, sherry and seasonings.
Serve as soup or use to top cheddar biscuits or wild rice.
